Harry Potter 3 - The Prisoner of Azkaban
For Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban we created suits
of armour for the character Sir Cadogan and for a headless horseman.
The Sir Cadogan armour was originated in steel as a real suit
based on an original costume design. The suit was then replicated
in polyurethane using our spray system. This flexible, light weight
material is suitable for both close up photography and stunt work.
Similarly the ghost horseman's armour was adapted with vicious
looking spikes, from an existing suit. The armour was then moulded
and cast in softer polyurethane to create armours for both horse
and rider which would be safe and comfortable for stunt work.
Disappointingly, the full scenes featuring these great costumes
didn't make it into the cinema release of the movie, but you can
